Privacy policy

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. Written to be read.

01 — What we collect

Enquiry and registration data

Enquiry forms: Name, email, phone, organisation, role, and whatever you write in the message field. Used to respond to your enquiry and nothing else.
ThinkQuest registration: Contact details, school, city, grade, approximate student numbers and subjects chosen. Used to administer the Olympiad.
Grace & Force: Name, grade, school, city, age group, preferred language, parent or school consent, and audio recordings made on the platform.
Analytics: Aggregate page and conversion data. We do not build advertising profiles of individual visitors.

02 — Students under 18

Audio, consent and deletion

Grace & Force records student voices. It is audio only: there is no video capture, face detection, eye-contact analysis, posture analysis or camera-based monitoring of any kind, by design rather than by omission.

Consent is captured at registration from a parent or the school before a student records anything. Recordings are used to generate the score and feedback, and for audio-based human review of shortlisted entries.

A parent or school may request access to, or deletion of, a student's recordings and account at any time by emailing curriculum@nanoskool.com. We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm in writing.

03 — Sharing and storage

Who else sees it

Payment: Payments are processed by Razorpay on their own hosted checkout. Card details never reach NanoSkool systems.
Service providers: Hosting, email and CRM providers process data on our instruction under contract. They do not use it for their own purposes.
Never sold: We do not sell personal data, and we do not share student data with advertisers.
Your rights: Access, correction, deletion and objection. Email curriculum@nanoskool.com and we will respond within 30 days.
